Our Philosophy
“Tap the stone bridge before crossing it”: honesty and care are our first mission
Banana House Inc. has adopted the Japanese proverb “tap the stone bridge before crossing it” as its motto. In real estate transactions we value care and honesty above all. Creating an environment where clients can trade with peace of mind is our most important mission.
Because we handle real estate, a value that does not move, we cherish the network and trust we have built in our community over many years. At the same time we are actively moving forward with digitalization and hiring a younger generation, to offer real estate services that connect generations.
Honest dealing with our clients is the foundation of every transaction.
We tap the stone bridge before crossing it, keeping risks to a minimum.
We provide services rooted in the community, centered on Tomakomai.
Through digitalization and young talent, we aim for the next generation of real estate.
Message from the President
Yuki Nakazawa, President & CEO
Guided by the proverb “tap the stone bridge before crossing it,” we value care and honesty and aim for real estate transactions you can trust.
Banana House was founded in 2016, taking over the will, philosophy and people of the real estate business that our predecessor, Mr. Eiichi Yamamoto, built over many years in Honkocho, Tomakomai.
We draw on the knowledge of veterans who have worked in real estate since plans and registration filings were written by hand, while actively moving forward with digitalization and hiring a younger generation. Valuing the long experience and personal connections that real estate depends on, we will keep supporting real estate transactions in Hokkaido as generations meet and hand over to one another.
We also welcome cases other agents find difficult, such as homes with leftover belongings, vacant houses and unused land. Whatever your situation, please feel free to contact us in English or Japanese.
