We arrange apartments and houses for rent, mainly in Tomakomai and Chitose. For international tenants we look for landlords who accept foreign residents and explain the screening by rent guarantee companies, the move-in costs and the house rules in English.

Homes with leftover belongings and vacant houses
Many houses in Hokkaido are sold with furniture and household goods still inside. Other agents often decline these cases; we welcome them. We can arrange clearance and help you buy or sell the property as it is.
Business and industrial land
Tomakomai has one of the largest ports in Hokkaido, and the Chitose area is growing with the semiconductor industry. We help companies find land, warehouses and sites for logistics, factories and staff housing.
